Recorded on the portal with sample data and narrated. Each has captions and chapter marks; download the transcript beside it. Watch at your own pace — these replace live sessions by design. The same films, with clickable chapters, are on the portal's Help tab.
| Every employee | Start with Using the portal — every employee, then the longer Employee session if you want the detail. Day one; the Everyone guide is the written version. |
| Department leads | Department tools, then the guide for your department, then Administrator session 2 for the content and lists your department owns. |
| Administrators and IT | Both administrator sessions and Administrators & the Checklist, the Administrators guide, and the as-built documentation at /asbuilt. |
